Hello, I'm John Durkin – Business Psychologist and founder of Unless Ltd.
I believe in helping people to engage with themselves, their work and other people on a deeper level, in order to deliver higher speed and performance in a corporate setting, while fostering greater connections on a human level. I provide individual coaching programmes to help people communicate more effectively and to pursue self-improvement using the latest behavioural science and psychology. I have worked as an organisational development consultant and professional development coach for businesses across the UK and US helping to coach/mentor over 150 individuals within their respective companies. My clients include new managers/supervisors, established managers, directors and C-Suite executives (available for contact as referees).

A good support network is one of the key pillars of mental resilience, and a big part of success in business. Encouraged employees have the support of those around them and offer support to others in return.

Self-confidence can be a great asset for increasing performance, particularly when coupled with an objective analysis of current results. An empowered employee is more proactive, less defensive and works better with others.
